hi, i'm mikayli!

I recently graduated from Grace College, but I’m so much more than a marketing degree.

I grew up in Mishawaka and graduated from Bremen High School. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a camera in my hand, capturing little moments through photos, videos, and anything I could edit on my computer. I’ve always been drawn to visuals, storytelling, and design. And I’ve always been the “tech girl”, at six years old, I was teaching my parents and grandparents how to use their phones and computers.

It wasn’t until college that I realized all the things I loved, content creation, graphics, video, storytelling, actually had a name: marketing.

And once I found that, everything clicked.

Salt + Story is my way of bringing all of that passion and experience into something meaningful. For me, marketing is about more than just promoting a business. It’s about creating a voice, building connection, and making people feel like they belong. It’s about helping businesses become someone’s favorite place.
